Quickjack Netherlands is a company based in the Netherlands and therefore applies a VAT percentage of 21% on its products.Ideal
We can set VAT to 0% if the order is in the name of a company with a VAT Number located outside the Netherlands and within Europe. If you live outside the EU, you can contact us for an export order.
It is now the most used payment method for most Dutch people who order online. After entering your shipping information you will be redirected to the online banking environment of your own bank. The details of your order are automatically taken over. After you confirm, you pay the invoice from your own bank account. Payment via iDeal is free.Creditcard

Our shipping policy
Quickjack Netherlands uses DHL for postal package shipments. DHL uses standard specifications for the delivery of packages, these areDelivery day and time
Monday to Saturday: 08:30 tot 21:30.Not at home
2nd delivery attempt as standard the next day (not on Sundays, unless the recipient has changed the delivery (see ‘Change delivery’.) If no one is home during the 2nd delivery attempt, the package will be ready the next day from 15:00 at the latest. designated DHL location.Kennisgeving
The addressee receives a notification on the mailbox when not at home at the 1st or 2nd delivery attempt and when delivered to the neighbors.Hand out at DHL location
After the 2nd delivery attempt, the package can be picked up at a DHL location on presentation of proof of identity by or on behalf of the addressee. If a signature is required for receipt, it will be requested at the DHL location.Return sender after refusal or undeliverable
Refused and undeliverable items are returned to the sender. Packages that are not picked up after 14 days at a DHL location will be returned to the sender.Pallet shipment
Quickjack Netherlands uses Transmission and DHL Freight for pallet transport. Our carrier delivers your shipment up to the first door. This can be the front door but also the first gate. If you request the driver to continue the shipment beyond the above and if this is possible, Quickjack Nederland and its carrier are never liable for damages or claims that may arise from this.
The delivery time
As befits a modern web store, we ship your order the same working day. The condition is that your order and payment must be received before 14:00. For all items that are in stock, the following applies: ordered on workdays before 14:00, delivered the next day. If you order after 14:00 or during the weekend, your order will be delivered within 2 working days.Pallet shipment Transmission
The complete Quickjack systems are sent via pallet transport.
Within Benelux and Germany we use Transmission, the delivery time depends on your location.
Netherlands: Ordered today, delivered within 2 working days.
Belgium: Ordered today Within 3 working days.
Germany: Ordered today, delivered within 4 working days
The driver from Transmission will visit you twice. If you are not at home both times, you will find a note in the letter box with contact details to make an appointment for delivery.
Transmission will send you an e-mail with the estimated delivery time on the day of your order (time frame of 2 hours). For this they use the e-mail address that you have specified in your order. Transmission work Monday through Friday.
We use DHL Freight for countries outside the Benelux. The delivery time will be determined depending on your location. The further you are from the Netherlands, the longer the delivery time will be. Average delivery time to all EU countries is between 4 and 8 business days.
Track your shipment
Quickjack Netherlands ships parcel (packages) with DHL Parcel, you can easily track your order through the DHL Parcel website .Pallet (DHL Freight)
You can trace the DHL freight pallet shipments via the DHL website: Active Tracing
You have received a shipping label from us with a shipment number, which you can enter in the “your reference” field on the Active Traveling page of DHL. Pallet (Transmission)
Every shipment can be tracked online via Track and Trace via the website mijnzending.nl website using your shipment number.
For each shipment, the recipient must sign for the delivery for proper receipt. You can request proof of receipt with signature online.
Warranty on our products
We would like you to be satisfied with the products that you order from Quickjack Netherlands. The first condition is therefore that your product works well. For most of the products that we sell, a factory warranty of 2 years applies (with certain products it runs up to 6 years). You will then receive a full 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The duration of this guarantee is stated on the product page of each product, the guarantee period is also stated in the accompanying manual.When does the warranty start?

You can invoke the warranty if:
Your product is not working properly
There is a problem which is not caused by yourself
